Individual Healing Session
In-Person or Distant Healing
Individual healing sessions are designed for individuals who are suffering from any type of physical, emotional, and mental imbalances. Depending on the imbalance and the challenges you are experiencing, we may need more than one healing session; and that is determined upon completion of the healing session. Each session lasts between 45minutes and 90 minutes. The sessions can be facilitated in-person or from a distance.
Individual Healing Session is composed of Pranic Healing, Breath-work, Sound Therapy, and guided healing meditation, imagery, and Quantum healing methods. Such a method assists in energetically removing the obstacles, blockages, disease, as well as pain in every area whether it be emotional, mental, physical, genetic, and/or addiction! The unblocking and healing process allows for all the systems in the body (and beyond) to align its entire energy and life centers together! This way, the body is programmed to automatically reset, rewire, and regenerate cells and DNA!
Again, I utilize non-touch energy healing techniques (Pranic Healing), guided imagery, breath-work, sound therapy, light therapy, and guided meditation in a specific unique way with the intention of also enhancing the client’s natural ability to self-heal and make exceptional progress throughout the process. Pranic healing is an extremely powerful no-touch system of energetic healing medicine. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself. What I absolutely love about Pranic Healing and why I often use it as a healing method is because it can be done as distant healing without compromising the healing quality.
What to Expect
At your first appointment, you’ll meet with me. You’ll have a short introduction or chat about the process and your expectations or intentions. Let me know about any symptoms you would like to be addressed or if there are places in the body on which you’d like me to focus. Also, let me know if you have any injuries or places that are sensitive to touch.
You’ll be instructed to sit on a chair. Should you wish to stay at home and lie down, that is also an option. For the most part there will not be any talking during the session; however, the talking is often taking place when you are guided by me with sound therapy, guided meditation, and breathing exercise. I will be moving my hands around your body.
You may experience sensations in the body such as heat or tingling. Some people report seeing visualizations such as colors, shapes, or pictures, or having memories appear. Some report being in dream states, smelling certain aromas, hearing certain words. Try to allow whatever arises to pass without attaching too much meaning to it. Your experiences become deeper the more you continue without analyzing or resisting.
How to prepare for your appointment
Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Some people feel calm, peaceful, or energized. You may also feel tired. Wear clean, loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Remove your shoes, jewelry, and glasses before your session, and keep your phone switched off or leave it behind.
